お問い合わせフォームまたは電話でご希望の日時をご予約ください。
透析データが必要になります。1週間前までに透析データをいただけるようにご予約ください。
※透析ベッドが満床の場合には、お断りさせていただく場合があります。

通院中の医療機関に患者さんの透析データをお送りするようお伝えください。

各種保険証・特定疾病療養受領証・患者さんが治療に必要とされるものをご持参の上ご来院ください。
（マイナンバーカードを保険証としてご利用いただけます。）

事前にお知らせいただいたデータに基づき、透析を⾏います。

当⽇、受付でお⽀払いください。

Please let us know your preferred date and time by e-mail. Our clinic hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
If the dialysis beds are full, we may not be able to accommodate you. Please make an appointment at least one week in advance.

Please email or fax us your current dialysis regimen, laboratory data, and other medical information from your current dialysis facility.

Please come to the clinic at the designated appointment time.

Dialysis treatment is performed based on the information provided in advance.

After dialysis, please settle the treatment fee. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card. VISA, Master, JCB, American Express, Diners Club are available in our clinic.
The following is an update on changes to the rates for dialysis treatments after April 1, 2024.
The fee per dialysis treatment will be approximately 50,000 to 55,000 yen, including the cost of treatment and documentation. If there are any medications that need to be administered during dialysis, the cost of those medications will be added.
